From a single warehouse in Watford UK, we have grown into East Africa’s best vehicle shipping company. Set Up – Established
A lack of good customer service and knowledgeable advise saw Auto Kenya being founded to help shippers in the UK ship cars to East Africa.
Warehouse Established
Due to increased volumes, clients requiring storage and inspection services prior to shipment of the cars, we set up a warehouse in Watford to provide this service.
AKL International
Due to increased requirements from our existing customers to ship to other destinations, we set up a sister company called Simba Shipping which ships vehicles to anywhere in the world. See: www.simbashipping.com

Our offices in Mombasa and Nairobi were set up to assist with consolidation as well as any matters in Mombasa and Nairobi on behalf of our clients.
Tilbury Port Office
In 2014 we decided to start our own office at Tilbury port to enable us to provide our clients with a seamless dropping service which makes it extremely easy for them to deliver cars – we further are able to carry out the pre-shipment inspections on their behalf.
